Over the past year we spent time inside medical aesthetic and wellness clinics — learning their workflows, where they lose time, and why patients fall out of the funnel. This page tells the stories that turned into product ideas that actually moved the needle for clinics.

The Untouched Goldmine

Every clinic had abandoned leads in their databases: old inquiries, past patients who never booked or who forgot to return. Teams weren’t ignoring them — they simply didn’t have the time or systems to reach out consistently. We tested a simple reactivation play (personalized SMS/email + time-limited offers) and found it returned meaningful bookings without extra ad spend. This story became the Database Reactivation Campaign.

Calls keep coming after the front desk closes — and many leads were lost simply because no one answered. We prototyped a 24/7 AI Calling Agent that answers naturally, qualifies leads, and books straight into calendars, handing off complex cases to humans. It stopped the silent leakage of missed calls.
